Veteran Manoj Kumar undergoes successful gall bladder surgery
The 75-year-old actor was admitted two days ago.

Veteran actor Manoj Kumar successfully underwent a gall bladder surgery this morning at a suburban hospital here.
Kumar was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital in suburban Andheri a few days back,following pain and swelling in gall bladder.
“The surgery went well,it was successful and he is doing fine,” hospital director Ram Narain told PTI.
The surgery lasted for over an hour.
Kumar is known for acting and directing films with patriotic themes. He is fondly referred to as ‘Bharat Kumar’.
The actor’s memorable performances include films like Purab aur Paschim,Roti Kapda Aur Makaan,Shor,Woh Kaun Thi,Kranti,Do Badan and others.
In 1992,he was honoured with the ‘Padmashri’.
