Trust Salman Khan to have the best response to questions about marriage plans. The 57-year-old superstar has been single for a while and was proposed to by a woman on the IIFA green carpet. However, the actor told her that his days of getting married are over.

As the woman shared how she fell in love watching him on screen, Salman first joked if she was talking about Shah Rukh Khan. She corrected him that she was indeed speaking about him, and shared how she has come a long way to meet him. “Will you marry me?” She then asked Bollywood’s beloved Bhaijaan. After a pause, Salman replied, “My days of getting married are over. You should have met me 20 years back.” As the woman questioned him why he was saying this, the actor smiled at her before walking away.

Another video shared by a paparazzo account showed Salman Khan having an after-party with his friends post the IIFA event. Singer Jasbir Jassi crooned his popular song “Ek kudi kudi” as Salman and the guest grooved along. As he sings the lines “Dil le gayi kudi…” the Bollywood star also joined him, while others like his bodyguard Shera and politician Baba Siddique are seen dancing to the music.

Salman Khan found himself on the headlines after his security reportedly pushed Vicky Kaushal away as the young actor was coming up to speak to him. Fans showed their displeasure at the same and called out Salman for throwing his attitude around. Reacting to the video on the green carpet of IIFA Rocks, Vicky told ANI, “Kayi baar bahut baatein badh jaati hain (Sometimes things are blown out of proportion). There is unnecessary chatter about many things. Things are not actually as they seem sometimes in the video. There is no point in talking about that.”

Later, a video showed Salman and Vicky hugging each other on the main event’s green carpet. Vicky also shared pleasantries with Salman’s bodyguard Shera.

Vicky Kaushal hosted IIFA this time with Abhishek Bachchan, while Salman Khan was one of the star performers. He was also joined by the Norwegian dance group The Quick Style, as they grooved on his popular songs.
