If you’ve always wanted to know what happens next, ‘Raja Natwarlal’ is for you. It has some good performances, a story that has potential, and exotic locales – but somehow manages to be much less than the sum of its parts. Nothing – even Raja Natwarlal himself – cannot fool all the viewers all the time.
