Boman Irani turns scriptwriter for Big B’s ‘Bhoothnath’

Boman Irani, who will be playing the role of a corrupt politician in the horror comedy.

The highly talented Boman Irani and superstar Amitabh Bachchan will soon be seen together on the big screen after a gap of eight years in the much-awaited ‘Bhoothnath Returns’.

Boman Irani, who will be playing the role of a corrupt politician in the horror comedy, recently penned some lines for a scene of the film as well.

According to reports, Nitesh Tiwari explained a scene to Boman, wherein the actor would have to portray being violently hit and tortured by ‘Bhoothnath’, who is invisible.

Nitesh Tiwari did not have a script for this particular scene and he conveyed the same to Boman Irani, giving him a freehand with the dialogues and the acting.

After about half an hour, Boman Irani came onto the sets and delivered a fantastic performance, slapping himself, kicking and shouting, which left the whole team impressed.

Produced by T-Series and BR Films, ‘Bhoothnath Returns’, which is a sequel to ‘Bhoothnath’ will hit screens on April 11.
