Amitabh Bachchan enjoys an eventful weekend

Amitabh Bachchan had a jam-packed weekend.

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan shared with his fans the various happenings,including the retirement of iconic batsman Sachin Tendulkar,that kept him caught up over the weekend.

“An icon retires,a Ratna to his name.. and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Ram Leela mesmerises. Too much in a day,” Bachchan tweeted.

The actor seemed impressed with the performances of Ranveer Singh,Deepika Padukone,Richa Chadda and Supriya Pathak in Bhansali’s movie,which is an adaptation of William Shakespeare’s tragedy ‘Romeo and Juliet’.

“The genius of Sanjay Leela,the passion of Deepika and Ranveer,the guile of Supriya and the rawness of Richa,” he wrote.
