Aishwarya Rai cut her birthday cake at an event. Her 11-year-old daughter Aaradhya Bachchan showered her mother with love and a wonderful speech.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan celebrated her 50th birthday on Wednesday and to mark the big day, Aishwarya attended a special event organised for the welfare of cancer patients with her mother Vrinda Rai and daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. Dressed in white, Aishwarya looked gorgeous as she took the stage to cut her birthday cake.

Three generations of women of the family cut the cake together as photographers sang the birthday song in unison. Aishwarya fed the birthday cake to her mother and daughter but did not have any cake for herself as she was observing the Karva Chauth fast.

Aaradhya then spoke a few words about her mother’s charity work and said, “I think what she is doing is truly important and truly wonderful. It’s truly enriching and fulfilling. It’s helping the world, it’s helping everyone around us, helping people. And I just want to say that what you are doing is truly incredible.”

Aishwarya was visibly proud of her daughter as the 11-year-old took a bow after her speech.
