TN SSLC 10th Result 2024: The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examination (TNDGE) released the SSLC results. The TN Class10 scorecards are uploaded at the official websites — dge.tn.nic.in or tnresults.nic.in.
A total of 4105 schools scored 100% result this year, out of which 1364 are government schools. The pass percentage is 99.15%.

Tamil – 8
English – 415

To collect the original mark sheets, students need to visit their respective schools a few days after the result 2024 declaration. To check the TNDGE Board Result 2024 online, students are required to have their roll code and roll number. Last year, the result of the Tamil Nadu board exam was released from May 19 at 10 am.

Step 3: Enter your credentials like date of birth, name, and registration number or roll number.
Step 4: The result will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Save and download the result for future reference.
This time, the TN 10th results can also be checked at the National Information Centers operating in the District Collector’s Office and at all central and branch libraries, free of charge. Additionally, TN SSLC results will also be sent via SMS to the registered mobile number of students who enrolled for the TN SSLC exams.
In 2023, the overall pass percentage stood at 91.39 per cent, an improvement from the previous year’s 90.07 per cent. A total of 23,971 students failed in TN Class 10th general examination. Girls had performed better in Tamil Nadu SSLC Results by securing a pass percentage of 94.66 per cent meanwhile 88.16 per cent boys had passed the SSLC exams.
TNDGE now doesn’t release a list of toppers. This practice is being followed since 2018. Instead, the city or district with the greatest pass percentage is declared. The DGE claims that the action is intended to lessen the harmful competition. Last year, Perambalur district topped the TN class 10th examination with 97.67 per cent pass percentage, and Kanyakumari district had topped the TN class 10th exams 2022 with 97.22 per cent pass percentage.
Last year, a total of 23,971 students had failed in TN Class 10th general examination. These students then had the option of appearing in supplementary examinations.
