The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have announced the results of the Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) for the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) recruitment 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now access their results through the respective regional RRB websites. The CBAT was conducted between July 15 and August 31, as part of the recruitment drive to fill 9,970 Assistant Loco Pilot vacancies across the country. According to the official notice, “The Test Battery wise T-Score, Composite T-Score, Score out of 30 (30% weightage for ALP Merit) and the qualifying status of candidates who have appeared in the Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) conducted on July 15, & August 31, 2025 can be viewed by logging in through the link provided on the official website of RRBs duly entering their Registration Number and Date of Birth.” The CBAT scorecard will remain available online from 7 pm on October 1, for a period of 15 days. To qualify in the CBAT, candidates must secure a minimum T-Score of 42 in each Test Battery. The Boards have also advised candidates to refer to the RDSO website for details on the methodology used for calculating the T-Score and composite scores. Along with the results, cut-off marks have also been released. The provisional shortlist includes the roll numbers of candidates who are now called for the next stage of the selection process, namely Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination. The notice further states: “Document Verification (DV) will be held at the place indicated in the e-call letter for DV. After scheduling the candidates for DV, they will be sent an Email/SMS/Website link to download their e-call letter with details of date and reporting time along with the instructions for Document Verification and Medical Examination.” How to check RRB ALP result 2025 Candidates can view and download their results using the following steps: Visit the official website of your regional RRB. Click on the link for “RRB ALP Result 2025.” A PDF file will open, displaying the roll numbers of shortlisted candidates. Download and save the PDF for future reference. Candidates shortlisted for DV must bring original certificates along with two sets of A4-sized self-attested photocopies, as specified in the Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) and e-call letters. Additionally, they are required to upload scanned copies of their documents, photo, and signature in true colour on the portal oirmsir.gov.in This link will remain active as per the separate DV notice. Following DV, candidates will be sent for a medical examination at nominated Railway hospitals within the RRB’s jurisdiction, usually on the next day. This process may require candidates to stay prepared for three to four days, as it involves travel between the DV centre and the hospital city. The Commission has also reiterated that the candidature of all shortlisted candidates remains provisional and may be cancelled at any stage if inconsistencies or malpractices are detected. It has further cautioned aspirants to “beware of touts who may misguide the candidates with false promises of getting them selected for the job on illegal consideration,” underscoring that the recruitment process is fully computerized and merit-based.
