NEET 2016: Seat allotment result for round 1 declared

NEET 2016: The result of round 2 will be published on September 12

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2016 seat allotment results for round 1. The candidates can check the results at the official website of Medical Council of India (MCI) or at aipmt.nic.in.

In the first round, a list has been released displaying AIR of 3818 candidates against the names of the colleges allotted to them. The shortlisted students have to report at the allotted medical/ dental colleges between August 29 and September 3 by 5pm.

Steps to check NEET 2016 round 1 results
Visit the official websites written above
On the homepage, click on the link ‘Allotment Result Round-1’
A pdf file will open
The results will appear on the screen
Take a print out and carry it when you go for the admission process

Things to carry at the time of joining
Admit cards of exam issued by the CBSE
Result/ rank letter issued by CBSE
Date of birth certificate (if Metric certificate does not bear the same)
Class 10th Certificate
Class 10+2 Certificate
Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application
form.
Provisional allotment letter generated on-line.
Proof of identity.

The candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable:
(a) SC/ST, OBC, orthopedic physical disability certificate issued by the competent authority.

The result of round 2 will be published on September 12.
