(Express Photo By Narendra Vaskar/ Representative Image)The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has revised the counselling schedule for the MHT CET 2024 exam. Eligible students who have qualified for the exam can check and apply for MHT CET counselling at their official website – cetcell.mahacet.org.
The centralised admission procedure schedule for various programmes will begin on July 11 for bachelor of hotel management and catering technology (BHMCT) and for three-year LLB course. While the counselling registration for bachelor of design (B Design), B pharmacy (practice), MBA or MMA, BEd-MEd, BPEd, MPEd and MEd will begin on July 12.
According to the official notification, the CAP for 9 professional programmes and even direct admission of second year degree programmes of the agriculture department, two professional programmes for higher education and for three programmes for technical education programmes has commenced.
The MHT CET 2024 counselling will involve various stages before the candidates can secure admission such as – centralised admission process (CAP) registration, application fee payment, document verification, seat allotment and admission. The CET cell is expected to release the new complete schedule of MHT CET 2024 soon on their official website.

The MHT CET counselling is conducted annually to grant admission in various undergraduate programmes of Maharashtra colleges for engineering, agriculture and pharmacy courses.
This year, the MHT CET exam was held across a total of 159 exam centre for which a total of 37 students including both PCM and PCB secured the 100 percentile.
