Maharashtra SSC Result 2023: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) will today announce SSC or Class 10 2023 board exam results. Students can check the result at the official websites – mahresult.nic.in and hscmahresult.org.in.

In case SSC students are not happy with their results, they can apply for verification. The window to apply for verification will remain open between June 3 to June 12. A fee of Rs 50 is to be paid for verification. Know more here

The overall pass percentage is 93.83%. Out of total 23013 schools registered with the MSBSHSE, 6844 have recorded 100 per cent passing. Out of total 67 subjects, 25 have recorded 100 per cent. Meanwhile, of total of 23013 schools, 6844 have recorded 100 per cent. As many as 489455 students are placed in in category of first class with distinction- 75per cent and above.

Maharashtra Board SSC 10th Result 2023: When and Where to Check

Students can check their MSBSHSE SSC result by entering their registration number or roll number, date of birth and email id at the official websites – mahresult.nic.in and msbshse.co.in. The result will appear on the screen and the students are advised to save the result for future use.

“The pass percentage has dropped by 3.18 percent, when compared to last year. In comparison with the pass percentage of academic year 2019-20, which was pre-pandemic; there is a drop of 1.47 percent.” – Sharad Gosavi, Chairperson of Maharashtra State Board.

This year, the SSC exams of Maharashtra Board were held between March 2 and March 25 in 5,033 exam centres. A total of 15,77,256 candidates had registered for the Maharashtra SSC examination.

Last year, SSC exams were conducted from March 15 till April 4, 2022. A total of 16,38,964 students, including 8,89,506 boys and 7,49,458 girls, registered for the Maharashtra SSC exams. The overall pass percentage was 96.94 per cent with girls outshining the boys with a pass percentage of 97.96 per cent whereas the boys had a pass percentage of 90.06 per cent. The board declared the result on June 17.

In 2021, the board exams were cancelled due to Covid-19 and the students were evaluated on an alternative assessment scheme.
