IISER Application 2025: The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) has released the information brochure for the IISER entrance examination. The registration for the entrance exam will start on March 5 and end on April 15. The exam will be conducted on May 25. The IISER entrance exam is being conducted for students who want to be admitted to the BS-MS dual degree programme for science students and a four-year BS degree programme for engineering sciences and economic sciences (offered only at IISER Bhopal). IISER Application 2025: Eligibility Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent exams in the science stream with a minimum of 60 per cent marks (general candidates) can apply for IAT 2025. For candidates belonging to scheduled caste (SC) and scheduled Tribe (ST) and Person With Disabilities (PwD) the minimum score requirement is 55% to apply for IAT 2025. Each of these pathways necessitates a unique application form. The total time for answering the test will be 180 minutes. Questions will be of multiple choice type with only one correct answer. Marking scheme — Each correct answer will be awarded 4 marks. — Each incorrect answer will lead to the deduction of 1 mark. — Unanswered questions will be awarded a 0 mark. — Therefore, the maximum mark in IAT will be 240.
