The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will start the mock test series for the January 2026 intermediate exams in November and December. While the mock test papers series – 1 can be taken from November 18, the mock test papers series – 2 can be taken from December 6.
The ICAI CA inter January 2026 mock test paper series I and series II will be conducted in physical and virtual modes. Students interested in appearing in the physical mode have been directed to approach the respective branches in their area.

According to ICAI, the question papers for each subject will be uploaded at BoS Knowledge Portal on – icai.org as per the schedule by 9.30 am during the period of the test. Students are advised to download and attempt these papers in the stipulated time limit designated for the papers.
The answer key, ICAI said, to these papers will be uploaded within 48 hours from the date and time of commencement of the respective paper, as per the schedule. Students can examine their answers with respect to the answer keys and self-assess their performance.
The CA intermediate Group 1 exams will be held on January 6, 8 and 10 and the ICAI CA Group 2 exams will be held on January 12, 15 and 17. The application window to submit the ICAI CA exam forms for the inter exams will be online through the Self Service Portal (SSP) at eservices.icai.org and pay the applicable examination fee. The online examination application forms will be available for submission from November 3.
