
Odisha +2 Result 2024: The Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack, will declare the Class 12 result on May 26. The CHSE Odisha official website – chseodisha.nic.in and orissaresults.nic.in — will make the Class 12 Odisha board result link live.
Announcing the Odisha Class 12 result date and time, the Council said that they are declaring the results of Arts, Commerce, Science and vocational streams on the same day this time. The results will also be available to the students through their HS school e-space and from Digilocker.
As many as 3,84,597 students in arts, science, and commerce appeared in the Class 12 examinations this year held between February 16 and March 20. Students who fail to pass the CHSE Odisha Class 12 exams will be able to appear for the Odisha Board compartment exams. The details of CHSE compartment exams will be announced during the result declaration.
Last year, the result was declared from May 31 to August 7, for the exams which were conducted between February 1 to April 5, and before that, the result was declared on August 8, for the exams conducted between April 28 to May 28.
The CHSE Odisha board exam for Class 12 was conducted at over 1,160 examination centers in the state.
In 2023, the overall pass percentage is 78.88%. A total of 1,81,869 students passed in Odisha Board Class 12 exams 2023 for arts stream. A total of 32,782 students got the first division while 32,461 secured the second division. A total of 1,16,179 students got the third division in Odisha +2 exam.
The students who do not clear these exams will be given an opportunity to appear for supplementary exams. Candidates have to score a minimum of 33 per cent to pass the CHSE Odisha +2 exams.
In 2022, the overall pass percentage for the Science stream was recorded at 96.12 per cent, 89.20 cent for the Commerce stream, and 82.10 per cent for the Arts stream. Last year, a total of 3,21,508 students in Arts, Science, Commerce and Vocational streams appeared for the CHSE Plus 2 exams.
