AIVE XVII 2023 Results: The Bar Council of India Friday today released a notification about the re-checking facility for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XVII. The Bar Council of India has notified that the application for re-checking of the OMR sheet will be accepted from May 5 till May 15.

Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check the official notification at the official website of AIBE — allindiabarexamination.com.

To apply for re-checking of their OMR sheet, candidates will have to pay Rs 200 as an online fee.

The second phase of the re-evaluation will open for candidates who have not yet uploaded their enrolment certificate by May 15. A different notification will be issued for it.

Meanwhile, this year, the results for candidates of Rajkot city have been withheld due to reports of mass unfair pratices. Result for those candidates will only be released once the montering committee decides the fate of these students.

BCI has issued the minimum cut-offs for AIBE examinations (40 per cent for general category and 35 per cent for SC and ST). All candidates having a score equal to or higher than the minimum cut off will be considered to have passed the examination.

AIBE XVII is a certification-based exam that is mandatory for law graduates seeking a Certificate of Practice (CoP) from the Bar Council of India (BCI).
