Temperature dips below normal,touches 13.8

The city recorded a minimum temperature of 13.8 degrees Celsius on Tuesday. It was below normal by 1 degrees Celsius. The lowest ever temperature recorded in the city in November is 4.6 degrees Celsius on November 27,1964. The IMD has predicted rise in minimum temperature in next two-three days. “A cyclonic circulation is emerging over Bay of Bengal due to which the city’s weather is expected to remain cloudy leading to rise in minimum temperature,” said officials.
