The second annual culinary delights show,The great Punjabi theme dinner, was organised by Camp Education Societys Dr Arvind B. Telang Institute of Hotel Management,Chinchwad,recently.

The show was organised by the students giving them the real feel of hospitality industry they have opted to join,stated a college press note. The Theme dinner was inaugurated by Ishwardas P Chordia,MD,Panchshil Group of Hotels. About 100 guests relished the Punjabi cuisine laid out with live entertainment and cultural programme,the release stated.

Every aspect of the hospitality was minutely demonstrated right from the reception to the welcome drinks,dinner,see off point and attires.

The guests enjoyed Punjabi cuisine including welcome drinks (sweet lassi),starters (tikkas / kababs),vegetables / meat ( sarso da saag,variya aloo,rara mutton,murgh kasoori) dal (maa ki dal,dal makhani),pulao (gucchi pulao,moti pulao),roti (makke di roti,missi roti),salads & sweet dishes (rice kheer,jalebi with rabri).

Ajay Kumar Rai,principal,and other staff interacted with the guests and said that the aim was to encourage the students creativity and give them practical exposure.
