Relive the music of bands such as Nickelback,Robbie Williams,Kings of Leon and John Mayer as The Wild Side performs at High spirits on May 19. Known for their rock and pop performances,they will also belt out original songs. Comprising Sheldon Pereira,Nyzel Dlima,Cajetan DSouza,Louis DSouza and Dean Fernandes,the group will begin the gig at 2.30 pm.

Rhythm divine

Listen to bass-heavy underground rhythms and classical Indian instrumentals come together as Gods Robots or Shridevi Keshavan,aka Tamara and Janaka Atugoda,perform at the Friday Night Bounce at SWIG. Listen to their new sound from the recently released album Burn it Up. The performance will begin at 8.30 pm.

Giving it a shot

In June,Living Bridges filmmaking workshop will aim at providing an opportunity to learn the nitty-gritties of filmmaking. It will be conducted by film industry professionals from various areas of expertise who will guide the participants through stages of professional filmmaking from cinema history,scriptwriting,directing and production among others. Registrations close on May 30.
