After a lull in her career,Rani Mukerji is thinking up strategies to grab the audience’s attention and ensure a powerful comeback. The actor,who is busy with Aiyya,will be paying a tribute to three leading ladies of yesteryear: Juhi Chawla,Sridevi and Madhuri Dixit. That alone isn’t enough for the lady as she is hoping to convince the trio to do cameos in her film. It looks like a tall order,especially since two of the actors are hoping to make powerful comebacks of their own. We are curious to see if Mukerji can pull this one off.

Gujarati by NatureThe cinematic adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s The 3 Mistakes of My Life is finally underway. Helmed by Abhishek Kapoor of Rock On!! fame and produced by UTV,it already has a title and a Gujarati one at that: Kai Po Che,an expression commonly used during kite-flying when one disengages the rival’s kite. The cast will be announced at an event shortly but it is said to comprise a set of newcomers. The film is currently being shot in Vadanagar in Mehsana district of Gujarat. Certain portions will also be shot in Ahmedabad. Unveiling the film’s first look that shows the back of a guy in a jersey with the name Ishaan printed on it,Bhagat tweeted,“We have a new and exciting cast on hand. The film is quite a faithful adaptation of the book and I am sure people won’t be disappointed.”
