An autorickshow driver was booked by the Malwani police for allegedly molesting his five-year-old daughter over three days. Ganesh Shetty (27),who is absconding,is a resident of the Gate 8 area of Malwani where he lives with his wife and three daughters. Police said his wife works as a domestic help. The victim is the couples second child. On Thursday,when the five-year-old revealed to her mother the incidents of the previous two days,she initially thought a stranger had molested her in her absence, said Abdul Rauf Shaikh,senior police inspector of Malwani police station. When the girl insisted that it was her father,the woman went to the police station and lodged a complaint. We have booked him under Section 354 of the IPC and a manhunt has been launched for him, Shaikh said.
