The Borivali police on Thursday registered a third murder case against six persons arrested in connection with the kidnapping and murder of a builder,Nitin Dhakan, earlier this month. On Wednesday,a police team from Borivali left for Jawahar Nagar Taluka near Virar to confirm the murder. In 2008,police had taken photographs of a body, which was identified by Dubeys younger brother Sanjay. A case of murder was then registered against unidentified persons, said inspector Mahesh More.
