SIFT welcomes students

A three-day orientation programme for the new batch of fashion students,commenced on Monday at the Sportking Institute of Fashion Technology.

A three-day orientation programme for the new batch of fashion students,commenced on Monday at the Sportking Institute of Fashion Technology (SIFT).

The ambience in the institute was loaded with warmth and positive vibes as the students were escorted to the design studio where they were to get an in depth insight about the institute.

Sukhvir Singh Dhillon,State Director MSME (Punjab,Chandigarh) was the chief guest. Saraswati Vandana was followed by lightning of the ceremonial lamp by Dhillon,Chairman Raj Avasthi,Industry Co-ordinator Charanjiv Singh,President of SIFT Anjali Avasthi,Chairman Academic Board Praveen Jothaniya and Ratandeep Rekhi.

Through a presentation the new bunch of SIFTIANS were apprised of the infrastructure and facilities provided in the institute.
