CPI to hold rally tomorrow
The Communist Party of India (CPI) will be organising a mega rally on December 12 to voice their protest against deteriorating law and order situation in Punjab,rising inflation and many other issues. The rally has been named as “Chetna Rally”. CPI leaders Sita Ram Yechuri,A.K Bardhan and many other senior leaders will be speaking on the ocassion.

Human Rights Day observed
Universal Human Rights organisation on Thursday observed Human Rights Day. Chiarman of the organisation,B.P Gill said that if any officer or organisation is doing violation of human rights,one should raise voice against it.President Satnam Singh Dhaliwal said that even after more than 60 years of independence,our citizens are not getting justice and have to face problems in almost all the departments.

Farmers from Bihar trained at CIPHET
A valedictory function of training programme on “Post harvest technology for rural catchments” for participants from Shiekupura,Bihar,was organised at the Central Institute of Post Harvest Engineering and Technology,Ludhiana,a premier institute of Indian Council of Agricultural Research. Total of 13 participants from Bihar under program sponsored by Agriculture Technology Management Agency (ATMA) participated in training program began on December 4.
