KGMU may hold convocation on Sept 30

The ninth convocation of King George Medical University (KGMU) is expected to be held on September 30,with Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad as the chief guest of the ceremony,Vice-Chancellor D K Gupta said in a press conference on Wednesday. The V-C also said that the university’s new Outpatient Department (OPD) building will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and former CM Mulayam Singh Yadav in August,though the exact date is yet to be decided.
