He hails from the family that runs Dastarkhwan chain of Awadhi/Mughalai cuisine restaurants. But creativity knows no bounds.

“I am trained and experienced to run the food business,” says Arshi Jamal,who finished a course in catering in Switzerland to return and join the family business.

“But I had been dabbling with dress designing too. My associate Fahad Ali is a thorough professional and together we have launched Faconner,a fashion firm dealing in designer clothes and accessossories for women and men.”

They will be showcasing their designs at a fashion show later this month.
