BJP launches campaign to induct NaMo volunteers

The campaign was kicked off by the party’s national president Rajnath Singh, which also happens to be his Lok Sabha constituency.

modi-mainBJP has launched a campaign in Ghaziabad to mobilise volunteers, especially the youth, for Narendra Modi. The campaign titled “Volunteer for NaMo-NaMo” will see registered volunteers help the party in poll campaigning activities and public meetings in the area.

The campaign was kicked off by the party’s national president Rajnath Singh, which also happens to be his Lok Sabha constituency. Overwhelmed by the response, the party has decided to extend the campaign to other parts of the state.

Ghaziabad BJP Mahanagar president Ashok Moga Friday claimed that more than 1.8 lakh volunteers have joined the campaign, and hopes will cross the three lakh mark by Sunday. The party has set up more than 110 canopies at crossings, bus stations, shopping malls, markets and other public places where people have registered as volunteers. BJP will also create a database that will have the details and e-mail IDs of all registered volunteers.
