Another protest at Rahul rally

Rahul Gandhi abruptly concluded his speech when a group, claiming to be supporters of Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev, kept shouting slogans.

On the third day of his Bundelkhand campaign,AICC general secretary Rahul Gandhi today abruptly concluded his speech when a group, claiming to be supporters of Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev, kept shouting slogans to demand bringing back of black money stashed in foreign banks.

First he tried to ignore the protesters, but the problem was that the demonstrators, who carried a banner, had positioned themselves right in front of the dais. At one point,Rahul said,“Please, remove them.” But when no one acted,he thanked people for coming to hear him and concluded.

His action disappointment the crowd. “I have come from a distant village to hear him. He should have continued by ignoring the few protesters,” said Ramavatar Lodhi.

Meanwhile, although Baberu is native block of Mayawati’s former family welfare minister Babu Singh Kushwaha,Rahul did not even mention him today. In his earlier election meetings in eastern UP,he had said Kushwaha’s place was in jail.
