Wines,have now travelled out of the exclusive cabinets of five stars to a retail store close by. Retail giant Spencer’s has now stocked on wines so that wine lovers can bring on the bubbly more often. Among the wines stocked at the Spencer’s outlets are Moet and Chandon champagne,the Italian favourite Michele CHiarlo Barolo and Cloudy Bay Sauvinon Blanc. The wine launch at Spencer’s was followed by a wine and food pairing session by Clive Castelino. Castelino also introduced wines to novices,gave tips on what food goes best with what wine and also briefed the gathering on wine drinking etiquettes.
