Abhay Goes Green

As a socially conscious actor,Abhay Deol is associated with several causes. One cause that he extensively supports is protection of the environment. A few months ago there was news that the actor has built a green bungalow in Goa. Now,he has associated himself with an initiative launched by MTV and Greenpeace,called Save Junglistan,as part of MTV ACT. A new property by the music channel,MTV ACT is a platform to create awareness regarding various social issues and getting the youth to act on them. Deol,the poster boy of everything alternative,will play the part of an icon and lend his voice to the green cause.
