Noida security firm employees robbed of Rs 4.5 lakh
NOIDA: Two employees of a private security firm in Noida were robbed of Rs 4.5 lakh at gunpoint around 6 pm on Tuesday. The incident occurred when manager Gaurav Kumar and field supervisor Sajjan Singh of Om Securities,based in Sector 63,were travelling on a motorbike with Rs 4.5 lakh in a laptop bag. At the Sector 66-67 crossing of Noida,they were reportedly intercepted by six assailants on two motorbikes. The snatchers,reportedly armed with countrymade pistols,pushed the duo’s bike and fled with the bag. Kumar and Singh then reportedly informed their company managing director Om Kumar,who called the police. The police said they were investigating the case.

4-year-old back with family after 18 days
FARIDABAD: Eighteen days after he was kidnapped from outside his home in Faridabad,a four-year-old boy was reunited with his parents on Tuesday. Faridabad police handed over Shivam Shankar to his family. The Uttar Pradesh Police had rescued him from Farukhabad on Friday after a brief gunbattle with abductors.
