Breezy songs peppered with foot-tapping tunes — the music of Punjabi film Ronde Saare Vyah Picho a.k.a RSVP was released in the city on Tuesday. With the film slated for an October 11 release,the album is being pitched as this year’s wedding-season chartbuster. Featuring Neeru Bajwa,Harish Verma,Guggu Gill,Rajpal Yadav,Jaswinder Bhalla,Navneet Nishaan and Rana Ranbir,RSVP is about being robbed in love. The film’s music is by Gurmeet Singh,Daljit Singh,G-Deep and GJ Singh,while Lehmbhar Hussainpuri,Tarranum Malik,G-Deep,Jaspreet Jasz,Nikita,Sandeep Bankeshwar and Navraj Hans have lent their voices for the playback. For Bajwa,her favourite song from the film is Aaibo. “It’s a fun-filled song,and quite delicious too,since its lyrics include the names of many mouth-watering delicacies,” she says with a laugh. Himmat Singh of Himmat Ventures,producers of the film,added that the six-track album is a mix of love songs,wedding songs and peppy DJ tracks.
