Rainfall throws life in disarray in Patiala

Heavy rainfall in Patiala on Monday and Tuesday hit the normal life and resulted in water logging in various parts of the city. While most localities are still facing problems in getting rid of excess water,rains brought the mercury down and businesses remained shut throughout the city.

Water accumulated in Model Town,Anardana Chowk,Jattan Walka Chauntra and Ragho Majra.

“Due to logging problems,sewage warter entered houses in the low-lying areas of the city,while the government slept over the mess,” said angry residents.
