‘MC needs to upgrade sewerage system’

The sewerage system needs to be strengthened. Proper checks should be done before the onset of monsoon and proper roads should be made. Looking at the infrastructure,it seems as if the funds are not been utilised properly. Dishonesty and corruption being some of the reasons. Due to delay in supply of goods,our business is getting affected. The authorities should be prepared for all kind of circumstances.

The authorities should plan in advance to take care of these kind of problems. Planned sewerage and drainage system is essential. Air and rail traffic has been disrupted. The commuters face a lot of problem. Normal life of the people is completely disrupted due to the rains.

The condition of the roads is deteriorating by the day. The potholes became more prominent and it is a bumpy drive. With some potholes filled with water,these are not even visible. Some roads have been dug up and the slushy conditions add to the woes of commuters.

Proactive steps need to be taken. Preparation should be done for any eventuality. No one can be held responsible for natural calamities but measure can be taken and flexibility should be kept while planning and plans should be implemented when circumstances arise.
