Archana Puran Singh can’t hear properly from her right ear anymore; she blames Navjot Singh Sidhu’s loud laugh

During the discussion, Kiku Sharda reveals how his mother would often call him and ask why he insulted a senior artist like Archana on the show.  Opening up about being insulted on the show, Archana Puran Singh said, “A lot of people comment on social media asking why I accept these insults on the show. First of all, they are not insults; it’s something called roasting. In a roast, both participants are willing to do it. There is so much mutual respect and admiration in our whole team. I know that personally, they can never misbehave with me. I love Kapil, Sunil, Krushna, and Kiku so much that whatever they say, I can never feel bad. They just say those things so sweetly.”

To lighten up the mood, Krushna Abhishek quickly adds, “There is love, but let me tell you, Archanaji takes a huge pay cheque.” While answering a fan question, Archana also reveals that she would love to put a pause on Navjot Singh Sidhu’s laughter. “Sidhu needs a pause for the laughter button; he laughs so loud. Everyone thinks I laugh loudly, but he is even louder than me. I have started to hear a little less from my right ear now because of his laughter; he laughs even after the joke is over,” she said.

The Great Indian Kapil Show season 4 premiered on Netflix India on 20th December. The first guest for the season was actress Priyanka Chopra, and on the show’s latest episode, Kapil and team were seen hosting the Indian women’s cricket team.
