The victim,in her complaint, said,“Gagandeep told me that he will get me an appointment with a movie director. On Sunday evening at about 7,he picked me up in his SUV,near my paying guest accommodation. We went to the Sector 15 market from where he bought four bottles of beer out of which two were open. He said that the director is busy and will meet us in some time. He gave me one open bottle and took the other one”.

Gagandeep and the victim drank beer and were near Hotel Mountview in Sector 10 when he started to allegedly ‘misbehave’ with the victim. “The last I remember after drinking the beer Gagandeep brought is that our car was heading towards Sukhna Lake. The victim claims that she gained consciousness at about 9.30 pm. In the complaint she said that when she woke,Gagandeep’s car was passing through Sector 32. “I was not feeling good and so I asked Gagandeep to drop me home. He turned the car to my accommodation. But on the way,he threatened me to keep mum and even showed me a pistol. He told me not tell anyone about that evening”.

The accused Gagandeep dropped the victim from where he had picked her, claims the victim.

The model went back home. While changing, she claims that she realized that she was raped by Gagandeep. Following this, she immediately called a friend who then accompanied her to the police station.
