New Delhi, Mar 01 (ANI): Kerala MPs stalled the Parliament proceedings demanding import duty hike on rubber. The MPs protested and urged the government to increase the import duty on natural rubber. Rubber growers have been distressed owing to more than 155 per cent fall in prices in the last five years.
