E-data,emails show Kandas culpability: Police informs court

Delhi Police on Tuesday told a court here that hard disks and other electronic data recovered from the office of former Haryana minister Gopal Kanda,an accused in the Geetika Sharma suicide case,show he was pressurising her to return to India from Dubai and drove her to suicide.

Geetika suicide case accused Gopal Goyal Kanda was remanded in 14 days judicial custody by the court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate D K Jangala on Tuesday after the prosecution said that the investigation could not be completed during police custody period.
