New Delhi, Feb 23 (ANI): The security has been beefed up outside the Delhi High Court ahead of Kanhaiya Kumar's bail plea hearing on Tuesday. Jawaharlal Nehru University Students' Union President Kumar had moved the High Court on Friday after a lower court sent him to judicial custody till March 2 on charges of sedition.
