A lower court today framed charges against 24-year-old Kashif Ali,a Pakistan spy,and four others who were arrested by the UT Police at Sector 44,Chandigarh,in July 2010. The five against whom charges were framed are Kashif Ali,Gurpinder Singh,Jagdish Kumar,Kulwinder Singh and Anand Kumar.
