Being a mother is not easy. The responsibilities are enormous and work is plenty. Often, this responsibility of motherhood leads one to choose between their professional and personal life.

The debate in India concerning the maternal leave to be extended to six months across all sectors has created a furor. But, what happens after the maternity leave is over? Recently, a picture of a working woman with her unwell son lying on the floor went viral. The mother‘s social media post, portrayed a dilemma that must have been faced by many working mothers; a sick child to attend to and work that she cannot miss.

And this was not the first instance, across the world, on various occasions mothers are forced to make a choice or balance between the two. In one such video, a young dancer, who is also a mother of a toddler is seen performing. The video beautifully captures the young woman shaking a leg on the stage while her baby holding a tiny bunny in hand runs around the stage while she dances.

The baby runs, skips and, jumps along the follow through light, while the mother gracefully does her moves. At one point in the video, she can be seen stopping her baby as it nears the edge of the stage. But, the best part of the performance is when — she lifts the toddler and dances along with her. The baby is also seen imitating the mother on few instances, and that will totally melt your heart. In another heart-warming moment, the little one skits down from the mother’s back onto the floor from behind will might actually make you go aww.
