Labelled “cashless at marriage,” the clip has drawn thousands of reactions online, with many praising the father’s creativity and humor. One user wrote, “Technologia,” while another admired the practicality behind it, commenting, “Smart move. With maintaining full digital record of transaction and avoid envelope wastage.”
Of course, not everyone was on board with the idea. “Getting it in cash could have been better – no tax at least,” wrote one commenter, while another said, “Khana bhee Zomato-Swiggy se order kar dena chahiye guest ko directly home delivery… old traditions are good in occasion like wedding, digitalisation of rituals are not good.”
