Jharkhand Education Minister Neera Yadav has landed into a controversy after she reportedly paid floral tributes to former President APJ Abdul Kalam at an event. The pictures which appeared on a local daily have gone viral on social networking sites. 

The pictures, shot during a school event, show the minister offering a garland on a photograph of the former president.
