Rihanna takes tumble during concert

Rihanna lost her balance and almost fell on her face when running across the stage in high heels.

R&B star Rihanna has injured herself after she fell on the stage during a performance in France. The 27-year-old songstress lost her balance and almost fell on her face when running across the stage in high heels at Le Dome in Marseille in France, reported Ace Showbiz.

The incident apparently was nothing serious as the “Umbrella” hitmaker quickly got up on her knees and regained her composure. She then finished her set. Two days prior to the incident, Rihanna was briefly hospitalised in Zurich, Switzerland for “an injured rib”.

There was no explanation concerning her injury, but her rep said everything was ok back then and she was ready to do her next concert, once discharged from the facility.
