Kurt Cobain, Courtney Love’s old apartment available to rent

Love, 50, was pregnant with Frances Bean Cobain, Cobain’s only child, when the couple resided in the apartment.

They were forced to leave after they encountered problems with the apartment’s plumbing.

The apartment was apparently flooded and the leak damaged artwork and journals which Cobain was, quite bizarrely, storing in one of the apartment’s two bathrooms.

Cobain also allegedly wrote ‘Heart-Shaped’ box whilst relaxing in one of the apartment’s baths.
