The CBI special public prosecutor Anupam Gupta on Friday referred to an official note of the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) that said that there cannot be a more “comprehensive” and “discerning” order of sanction to prosecute Justice (retd) Nirmal Yadav at the highest level of the government.
