India and Pakistan today decided to devise new strategies along the International Border (IB) in Jammu and Kashmir to put an end to incidents of ceasefire violations as they began their three-day DG-level border dialogue here.
The agency has announced Rs 10 lakh reward for any information leading to the arrest of Niki Sumi, who heads the military wing of the outfit and Rs 7 lakh reward on the outfit's chairman SS Khaplang.
