However, the court documents did not identify Trump by his name, rather it referred to him as “Individual 1”. And in detail it said that “Individual 1” is former president and current president-elect.

One of the videos was shot at a rally by Trump on August 23, at Desert Diamond Arena. In another video, posted on Facebook on November 13, Tamayo-Torres held an AR-15 rifle which had a 30 round magazine and threatened to shoot Trump.

Torres said, “[Individual 1] you’re gonna die, [Individual 1], your son’s gonna die. Your whole family is going to die, [Individual 1]. This is reality now for you. This is the only reality you have in your future, [Individual 1], dying.”

On November 21, Torres posted a video in which he alleged that Trump’s “whole family is going to die”, the court documents revealed. He has also been charged for making false statements on federal forms in order to procure a gun in Arizona last year, CNN reported.

President-elect Trump had already been targeted during his campaign rally in Pennsylvania on July 13, when a shooter fired multiple rounds which killed one rally attendee and injured Trump’s ear. The shooter was killed by a Secret Service agent.
