VIRAL: Killed before his son’s birth, deceased father pictured for ‘First Family Photo’

Sierra Sharry’s family was broken when Lane Smith, her husband and father of her unborn child, from Oklahoma died in a boating accident.  Sierra was eight month pregnant then.

Sierra posted on her Facebook: “July 13th, 2014, was the absolute worst day of my life. I lost my best friend. The father of my unborn child.”

However, photographer Kayli Rene did something magical to Sierra and her baby’s first picture together. Kayli found an old photo of Lane and decided to Photoshop it. She added his faded image to Sierra and Taos’s picture. It gives a spooky yet comforting look to their first family picture.

First shared by Kayli, the post has got more than 2lakh likes and nearly 27,000 shares. People who do not even know Sierra have extended their support to her.
