It has become common to see youngsters performing stunts at public places to grab eyeballs on social media. Authorities have time and again discouraged them from dancing or pulling off such stunts that create trouble for fellow travellers. The Railway Protection Force (RPF) in a tweet informed that a man has been arrested at Bihar’s Manpur Junction station for creating nuisance. The person had become famous on social media for doing dangerous stunts on the railway platform. A clip of the young man doing cartwheels and backflips was shared by the RPF. It also hoped that their action will serve as a deterrent for others who put their lives at risk for gaining traction on social media. “A young man who gained fame for his reckless stunts at Manpur Junction, was arrested by #RPF for creating nuisance and unauthorized entry. We hope this will serve as a lesson for others who put their lives at risk for likes and shares in social media,” the RPF wrote. Railway stations are meant for safe travel with family and friends. However, many unauthorised people are often seen moving around various stations, especially in the Mumbai Suburban area. Pl take action against them too,” a user said. Good work RPF. Railway stations are meant for safe travel with family and friends. It's not that he is causing inconvenience to passengers. If this was done in a crowded station, it can be understood but not here. — Tanmoy Adak (@tanmoyadak24) July 10, 2023 A lot of things are not safe, yet we still do it. Like enforcement jobs, definitely not safe but required so is legal.
