A recently surfaced video which showed employees engaged in a heated argument during a team Zoom call has shed light on the challenges of communication in a diverse workplace. The video, shared on the page @desitrolls on Instagram, depicted a discussion among several workers as they deliberated on their New Year plans. During the virtual meeting, tension escalated when one employee requested communication in English, citing a lack of understanding of Hindi among some participants.
